How healthy and radiant you look on the outside is
the direct result on what you put into your inside.

Every time you go to put something into your mouth think in your mind what is this going to do for me?  How is this going to affect my body?  Is this going to make me healthier? Stronger?  Will it balance my body or will I feel tired or irritable after I eat this?  Think of food either as a drug or a vitamin because in the end that’s what it becomes.

Foods that put your body out of balance and strain your system.   The result is that not only do you feel tired and unhealthy but soon your skin will begin to have lots of problems too.
Foods that contain the following can ruin your good looks.  Not only are they bad for your general health but they also produce free radicals that make your body age:
White sugar and flour
Artificial sweeteners (Aspartame, Nutrisweet, Sweet n low, Splenda).  Instead try Stevia or Xylitol a natural sugar replacement.  Check out www.flavorsweet.com.
Corn syrup, hydrogenated corn, soy and coconut oils (transfats)
All fried foods.  Bad oils include canola, vegetable, and corn oils.
All soda drinks especially diet sodas
Many fruit juices are unhealthy drink only 100% natural organic fruit juice.
Red meat
Soy based products (damages thyroid and produces estrogen which can cause cancer) check out shirleys-wellness-café.com on Thyroid health and soy as well as sugar.

Instead of sodas and other sugary drinks try:

Teas.  All teas are anti-oxidants (strengthen the body/fight free radicals).  Try green (reduces cancer risk by 40%, lowers blood sugar) and white teas to prevent colds, oolong tea to flush out excess fluid retention (puffiness), ginger tea to calm stomach aches/nausea/gas, and chamomile tea for menstrual cramps.
Coffee. Be sure if you drink coffee to filter it through a paper filter to remove toxins.  Try to only drink organic coffee.  Coffee has been known to reduce the risk of Parkinson Decease and improves short-term memory.
Water.  The most important fluid to put into your body.  Drink bottled water that comes from a spring, bottled at the source, not purified water that is treated and has little if any of the natural minerals. Fiji water was voted #1 in purity and mineral health content.
Here’s a few tips:
Add lemon and or cucumber to your water to help nourish your cells faster to prevent
de-hydration and eliminate toxins.  Don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Shake your water a few times in the bottle to oxygenate.
Check out hado.net and learn about water as a life force for better health.

The most important meal of the day is breakfast.  Make it count.  Here are a few celebrity morning meal secrets their nutritionists prepare to keep them at their best:
Oatmeal(must be steel cut) cooked on the stovetop for 15-20 min.  No microwave!!! No instant!  Oatmeal balances your body and cleans your intestines.  Stir in before serving a tablespoon of flax seed oil or ground flax seeds to get powerful de-aging free radical fighting omegas.  Tip:  Flax seed cannot be absorbed into your body whole.  Grind in a coffee grinder and store in the fridge inside a sealed plastic bag. On top put fresh sliced apple (with skin) more anti-oxidants, sliced almonds (raw) to fight cancer and keep your skin supple (store in fridge) then lastly cinnamon for a healthy heart.  Top with skim milk or “Rice Dream” for stronger bones

A breakfast shake is a fast way to get all your vitamins.  Start with the first 8 ingredients and add the others as you feel is needed:  Organic plain yogurt ½ cup, Black Strap Molasses 1 tsp.(for minerals), vanilla 1 tsp., frozen blueberries ½ cup, water 1cup, whey protein powder 1 scoop,  flax seed oil 1 tblsp, ½ cup other frozen berries and fruits, fresh banana, apple ect., add according to instructions: Aloe Vera Juice (must be cold processed), bee pollen (stimulates organs and glands, increases vitality), amino acids, minerals, DHEA ect.   Blend and drink to your health.

Instead of fast food and packaged processed snacks eat:
Any foods from nature work but here is a list of the super power charged treats:
All berries especially blueberries, pomegranates, grapefruit, oranges, lemons, watermelon, pumpkin, beans, red peppers, spinach, collard greens (good for eyes) red grapes (good for estrogen balance), apples (especially the skin to prevent wrinkles), broccoli and cauliflower (fight cancer), broccoli sprouts in salad are even stronger, brussel sprouts, cucumbers, parsley carrots, all greens, celery, tomatoes (tomato paste is 10 times stronger).  Then be sure to add:
Spices- cayenne, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, oregano, ginger, onion, garlic.
Salt- Salt is very important to the body but regular processed salt can stress your body.  Use natural Sea Salt, which contains all the minerals you need.  Get it with Iodine for a healthy thyroid.
Breads should have lots of fiber and be whole wheat, free of fillers.
Oils- extra virgin olive oil (the more yellow the better, 1st press is the best.), grape seed oil, almond oil, cold processed coconut oil.  Find natural oils in avocado’s and nuts.  Almonds are the best nuts and second are walnuts.  Nuts must be raw (not baked or fried) and stored in the fridge.
Chocolate keeps you living healthy longer!!!  Ya!  But it has to be dark chocolate not milk and organic of course is best.  Look for the highest concentration of cocoa.  Make your own hot chocolate from scratch, a healthy treat.
Vitamins known to de-age- Ester C (absorbate not absorbic) Omega 3,6 and 8 found in fish oils and flax seed, Vit. B, Vit. E, Alpha Lipoic Acid, DMAE, DHEA, Hyaluronic Acid.  Check out purityproducts.com for info and holisticmed.com
